The First one I ordered was missing the 2.4GHz wireless Dongle and micro USB Cable. Perhaps mine's defective but two finger scroll (with default settings) is horrific in Windows 10.

You can't modify its sensitivity/acceleration without the proprietary windows configuration program (which doesn't work most of the time), which makes this frustrating to use on other devices since the default acceleration is sluggish.
