Schon beim Boarding (in diesem Fall per Bus) wartet ein spezieller Bus, der alle Business Class Passagiere separta und zuerst zum Flugzeug bringt.Danach erwartet einen an Bord ein schier unglaublicher Service, der trotz einer recht vollen Kabine sehr freundlich und jederzeit proaktiv war.
