Wonderful Women! You get talked down to a lot and management insist they want to help you, but when you tell them what you need they are unable to provide support. I am also member.The downside to working with for this company is that it may be hard to find another that offers the same greatness.I have been working at International Association of Women full-time for more than 5 yearsI work from home and management is always available for support and encouragement. Biggest waste of a thousand dollars. I still refused, she the said “but over 100 thousand other women were okay and felt comfortable giving us their credit card info”... umm nope... i wont do it lady. It's the Perfect Match! If you're a new employee, all of your leads will be months old with over 45 calls on their log. IAW offers great benefits and PTO. I think the lowest she mentioned was $400! The truth of the matter is that this company IAW provides tremendous value and benefit for Women wanting great networking, education, events, mentorship, ecoaching and a plethora of numerous items to choose from. Pros. I signed up a year ago to use this service and found it to be less than helpful. I has been traveling last month and was all the time missing their calls( it was 10 times in a month!!! So I get this call last year- "you've been chosen to be featured..." blah blah blah. No reputable organization would treat prospective members like this. The team is more like a family, we all support one another.Some days can be challenging, but it’s sales, it comes with the territory, however, the good days definitely outweigh the challenging ones. He, his associate attorney Chase and his stall are all top notch professionals.

I do not enjoy misleading potential customers. Mass layoffs, garbage leads, misleading women into spending hundreds and thousands in fake networking.

I looked them up on Google and saw they were a suspicious company.
