The dialogue is bad and the characters barely react as if they understand what is said, the acting is over the top and everyone behaves out of place and unrealistic, the story jumps in and out of coherency, the effects, violence, and gore are outright amateurish. This movie follows the stories of several police, who often forget they have firearms, radios, and are really bad at chasing teenagers 5 to 15 feet away from them.

I did love the representation in the film, though; there was a generally equal amount of men and women in the film, with different races and sexual preferences represented without getting sleazy. Why are they doing a police likeness of a killer they already know?!? Maybe one or 2 scares. He is wasted in nonsense like this and this has career killer written all over it. It's fun even if it's not the greatest Otherwise, the acting was mostly fine, the camera work was fair.. Just a very dumb film. You'll have to stick with Trick to find out and, once you do, you'll most likely be let down. Between that and the rest of the bad editing with shaky camera and bad angles in every shot. Terrible directional & writing incompetence at it's highest!

Stereotypes abound - the dumb jock is a jerk, and the quiet bullied kid wants to gain power through revenge. There were a couple of plot issues that proved problematic. For personal and non-commercial use only. Not all the acting was bad but some were just painful to watch.

Waste of time. Black Horror Movies It may be a terrible slasher, but at least the third act is unintentionally hilarious. As other have suggested, the start of the film is passable if not predictable.
