Visit Us. It is a huge draw for our visitors and if we felt we could open it safely and responsibly we would do so straight away.
Think its disgusting when they was fullly aware that there was a major police incident outside and the turn off to oainshill was cliosed the whole thing cost me around 60.00 and has left a bitter taste in my mouthThe place is really beautiful. Highly recommend it.
Sorry, there are no tours or activities available to book online for the date(s) you selected.
The restaurant is quite good - and staff is very kind.
Designed in the 18th century by Charles Hamilton, Painshill fell into ruins until it was saved by the Trust in the 1980s. They do not include access to any other areas of Painshill Park. We’re inviting you, your family and friends to take part in The 2.6 Challenge to help to save Painshill.
Half way round and again on completion of the walk, welcome refreshments were available.
I cannot compliment enough the beauty of this park.
Painshill is currently operating strict social distancing guidelines.
Great place for little tours with your family, children and loved ones, watching birds, wildlife, to feel yourself close to the nature.
We visited Painshill Park for the first time last weekend and were very impressed by the Christmas Light walk.
To managers: could you please: clean the beautiful floor in Mausoleum, change the light bulb in the Ice House, clean the Watermill and the toilets in the Gothic Tower and get some bins around the car park.
We booked online for the Painshill Park Summer Lates which did not disappoint.
Very tasty homemade food
There was a good atmosphere, although it wasn't crowded at all. Since the lost landscape garden was rediscovered in the 1980s, Painshill Park Trust has been restoring the site to its former 18th century glory. Actually there is no need to use a blanket - there are so many clean beautiful lawns - suitable even for babies.

First one around the lake is more organised and is more suitable for pushchairs etc. A one way system unfortunately doesn't work for those with buggies, small children, access needs etc.
We have benefited hugely from a grant they and Community Foundation for Surrey donated to us.

Get directions to Painshill. One of the most magical places I've come across is the crystal grotto.
