Oliver is not so keen but John isn't the kind of guy who gives up very easily. Arrow pays him a visit and is told that Walter is dead. Out of honor, John allows him to walk free instead of just shooting him. Having never seen Green Arrow before, I loved the first season, first episode hooked me on the idea of the show, wanting to see how the show played out, and from there learning more of Oliver Queen's history on the island lead to excitement to what happens next in the flashbacks.
